Paramedic for 8 years, living with a grumpy old rabbit and an excitable puppy called Hector. I like biscuits with my tea and wheels on my feet.

What would you say to someone thinking of starting roller derby?

It’s kinda scary, you will fall, you will get bruised but god it’s worth it!
